The Feldenkrais Method is suitable for everyone whatever their age or physical state. It is totally inclusive. In the method it is process that is important, not the end result. We can all make some improvement in the way we move and use ourselves in our daily life. The emphasis is on functional movement, increasing our awareness, confronting habitual patterns which may be responsible for causing pain, or might lead to pain in the future, in a non-judgemental way, exploring in a playful, exploratory way what other options might be available to us.
